Monday Check In

The new semester of school is starting and I had been feeling a little down, it was time for a fresh start; I was spoiled with beauty products and a new haircut from my lovely boyfriend. I'm feeling great about myself, which makes me feel overall happier. I may sound a little conceited at the moment but who can deny a girl loves a little pampering every now and then.

I had been wanting the Naked Palette from Urban Decay for a while and I now finally have one. I used it today for the first time and I am loving everything about it, it's pricey but I definitely recommend it.

I have an enormous love for perfumes and I fell in love with Coach Poppy, smells so lovely and I'll be wearing this often.

I've had my eye on Essie Matte about you for a while and now that I finally decided I need it in my life, I cannot find it in any stores near me. I settled on CND Super Matte and I'm excited to try it out.
Edit As I stated I bought this because I could not find Essie's version. I bought this product without looking up any reviews first and that was a mistake. It flat out sucks. It is not matte at all, hardly even makes your polish less sparkly/shiny. Don't waste your money on this. Back to my search for Essie Matte About You.

Also, I've seen this Monday Check In going around and I'd thought I'd try out posting one every week.
Obsessing Over: My lovely new beauty products.
Working on: Getting all my books for the semester and decorating my apartment.
Thinking about: The horrible headache I currently have.
Anticipating: Seeing and old friend and possibly getting a new tattoo at the end of this week.
Drinking: Cherry Coke
